The Temple of Relics is based on ancient wisdom that you gathered during your Guild Expeditions. It holds knowledge of rare Relics that you might discover while exploring the Expedition Map. Or in other words, The Temple of Relics is a non-age great building with a passive boost called the Relic Hunt. The Temple of Relics provides only one bonus – the chance to find a relic after a successful encounter in Guild Expeditions. If a relic is found there is an color icon in the top right corner in Guild Expeditions map. It gives you a chance to get common, uncommon and rare relics on the guild expedition map. In this quick article, Forge of Empires Tips will discuss Forge of Empires Fair Trade Ratios. This article is mostly for new players, but even if you’re an experienced forge of empires player, it’s never too bad to run over the basics again.  The video version of this transcript can be found here But first, What are Fair Trade Ratios? Like in every sport, there’s so called fair play. You can also apply this to Forge of Empires, when it comes to trading goods. In this case it’s called fair trade, meaning – all players stick to same ratios when trading goods. To produce goods it takes coins and supplies. And for each age there’s a certain cost. Up till the Late Middle Ages, the cost increases twice in each age, starting from Colonial age the cost increase is smaller and smaller. For example, the cost increase from the Late Middle Age to the Colonial age is by half, but from the Future era to Arctic future the cost increases only by 0.16 times. If we over complicate trading goods, we could discuss how goods affect building size, the population required, the unrefined good required; but this would make the game too complicated. The main goal is to have fun, so other factors involving goods production besides the cost are not taken into account. When you trade goods from one age to another you simply apply these ratios. This article follows our other Great Buildings article in our series: 5 Methods to Level up Great Buildings Lets Recap, What are Great Buildings and What does a Forge of Empires Blueprint Do? Great Buildings are an essential component of Forge of Empires Gameplay – building them will provide powerful benefits to the player that decides to invest in them. But there are limitations –  each Age provides only two Great Buildings (with the exception of Arctic Future). Each building will provide its own unique bonus, graphic, but will require a certain amount of space to build. Contrasting conventional buildings, these require only coins/supplies, Great Buildings have additional requirements. These are goods and blueprints, and must be collected before the Great Building can be constructed. Once the Great Building’s requirements have been met and the foundation has been laid, it will be begin at level 0 and must be “leveled” to level 1 before the player starts to receive any benefit. For Great Buildings to gain levels, forge points must be invested into them. For each level gained, the inherent bonus of that Great Building increases as well as the rewards paid.
